Spring is here, making it a great time to have a plant buddy. Nurture it. Share its story. Because when we teach a child to grow a plant, we teach them to grow a future.

Every situation or change brings a silver lining—it’s our responsibility to recognize and embrace “the bright side” as an opportunity for growth and positivity to see the good you bring.

We learn common sense through our experiences. If you have siblings you’ll find that your common sense is similar to theirs. You grew up in the same household, had similar lessons and growth.

Embrace menopause as a celebration of survival and growth. It is a testament to the strength of all the women who came before us. Menopause turns the page to a new chapter waiting to be explored.

As I prepare for my final year of college, I’m filled with nothing but gratitude—for the lessons, the heartbreaks, and the growth. I’ve discovered life will unfold in ways you can’t predict.

Once I allowed myself to embrace these feelings of change with openness and acknowledgment that my life was changing – exactly as I wanted – the more I began to adapt and love my new home.
