When I see aging accepted and done with grace, admiration arises. What a privilege it is to have so much time to learn, to earn my silver strands but most importantly wisdom through experience.

There is always another challenge waiting around the corner, but faith helps me to focus on the omnipotence of God instead of giving power to difficulties and detractors.

Values are what give our life meaning and purpose. When I listen to my intuition, it is in effect my inner wisdom encouraging me to question if the decisions I am making align with my values.
