Changes are hard, especially when uprooting from one country to another and quickly adapting to the hitherto unknown cultural dynamics, but I am blessed with friends who care and support me.

While there is still stigma present when it comes to mental health in the Asian American community, I do believe that there is change happening that will hopefully allow more individuals to seek care.

This was the fourth year of the Women’s March, never approaching it with violence or malice, simply speaking of the rights that we as humans deserve every single day.
