The ritual of cooking or baking together is, after all, a catalyst for the basic human need for connection, creativity, nourishment, and self-love. May we relish all these shared moments.

My favorite part of the holidays is making cookies with my mom. It is therapeutic to make something sweet with a loved one and give treats to others to show our expression of love and gratitude.
